Walk-In Mental Health Support for Adults
Need to talk? Trillium Place The Living Room program is a safe place to talk and gain supportive resources at no cost. An appointment is not needed.
The Living Room is available to anyone who needs to talk about emotional or mental health concerns such as:
- Stress.
- Sadness.
- Anxiety.
- Depression.
- Other life challenges.
- Mental health crisis concerns.
A trained peer recovery support specialist is available to listen and provide:
- A safe place to talk.
- Crisis support.
- Referral to other supportive services.
Services include:
- A brief mental health screening.
- Talking with a certified recovery specialist and other program staff.
- Crisis support.
- Goal setting, safety and wellness planning.
- Connection to services such as food, housing mental health, addiction recovery or other supportive services.
- Healthy refreshments.
